‘Sew Socials’ at Straightcurves are a social crafting session for those who can already use a sewing machine to work on projects where they may or may not need a little advice from a tutor! The studio at Straightcurves has large cutting tables, sewing machines and overlockers available for use, though you are also welcome to bring your own machines along. You need to bring your own fabrics, thread and patterns as these are not provided with these sessions. Sew Social is a supported session rather than a tutor-led session. If you would like some extra help, Sew Surgery sessions are also available during these times and can be booked by telephoning 01246 807575.
