Sugarcraft Advanced
Course
This course will enable the more advanced learner to build on their knowledge and skills in the latest methods, designs and ideas in cake decoration.
• The sessions will normally consist of demonstrations by the tutor, followed by class practical work.
• Initial assessment - this will help us to identify your starting point and what you want to get out of the course.
• Seasonal projects, flowers, piping skills and cakes will be covered.
• Health & Safety/Fire procedures.
Subsequent work will be developed according to your needs.
