Looking for something to entertain the kids during October half term? There's plenty to occupy them at the West Shed Museum with our free activities!:

- Make a 'junk model' train.
- Have a go at some Halloween themed craft activities and picture colouring.
- Play with our wooden train set.
- Pretend to be a train driver on our miniature engine.

Activities are available at the West Shed Monday 24th to Friday 28th October between 11am & 3.30pm - just drop in (opening may be limited on Wednesday 26th).

Free of charge - donations welcome. Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult.

Elsewhere at the Midland Railway the 'Wizards & Spooks Trains' will be running from 22nd-30th October. Please see their website for details of train running times and prices:
