Leap Dance Midlands includes BalletBeFit Midlands and Children’s Royal Academy of Dance ballet and dance classes.
BalletBeFit is a gentle low impact exercise class inspired by ballet. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. We have a range of classes from Beginners to Improvers, including energising classes and relaxation and stretch classes.
We also offer children’s ballet and dance classes on zoom. The classes are themed to inspire and encourage the children’s imagination and creativity.
