Wirksworth Heritage Centre is embarking on a new chapter, having recently been awarded £100k from the Heritage Lottery Fund for the development phase of an ambitious project.

We have now moved to a new location on St John Street which we hope will become the venue of a multi-purpose community space. We are currently opening Fridays and Saturdays 10-4pm and we sell a small range of locally produced gifts and products - the sale of which will help to fund our project.
