The NBMV regeneration project is a £10m partnership between Bolsover District Council and Heritage Lottery Fund which focuses on renovating the 194 residential properties and regenerating the public space surrounding New Bolsover Model Village - building on the Garden City inspiration and ideals. In addition to the physical restoration of the properties, the project is using NBMV’s rich and diverse heritage as a means of engaging with the community in order to restore and preserve the area and rebuild the sense of place. It is a long term goal of the project to set up and create a self-funded sustainable community hub for the benefit of the whole community which will continue to operate beyond the life of the building project (July2019).

The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is working in partnership with Bolsover District Council, Bolsover Partnership and the Heritage Lottery Fund and hosting this exciting role.
