Peak Voices-Star Studded Gala Charity Show-One Song More! A Night at the Musicals Christmas Special!

Talented Derbyshire singing group, Peak Voices, which formed in November last year, have not only wowed audiences locally but across the UK with their successful and highly acclaimed shows. They will shortly be launching into their second performance year with a spectacular gala charity show in aid of Bakewell Youth theatre and the Bakewell Medway Community Centre at the Medway Centre this Christmas! Following sell out shows, standing ovations and rave reviews in their two tours this year, tickets for this must see extravaganza are selling fast! Don’t miss your chance to see this talented group collaborate with West End star Caroline Gray, three times Royal Variety Show performer and West End wonder Andrew Edwards, and film vocal artist and West End sensation Tom Pearce. Not forgetting performances by celebrated radio performance poet, Mark Gwynne Jones, and the talented members of Bakewell Youth Theatre who will be providing top class entertainment which you will not want to miss. To top it off, this sensation of a show will be hosted by former Miss Beauty UK and Miss Beauty UK Queen of Queens and current Miss Great Britain, Fiona Johnson and her side-kick, Peak District panto legend, Mick Partridge.

If you’ve seen Peak Voices perform before, you will know what a treat of a show this will be! With songs from musicals including The Greatest Showman, Oliver!, West Side Story, White Christmas and Les Miserables, there will be something for everyone in this show. If you’re not a musical lover, you can expect lots of festive favourites too with the odd surprise thrown in which you will want to see!

Performances of ‘One Song More! A Night at the Musicals Christmas Special’ take place at Bakewell’s Medway Community Centre on Friday 6th December, 7.30pm and Saturday 7th December, 2.30pm and 7.30pm. All tickets are £15 and can be bought from the Medway Centre box office. If you can’t get enough of shows by Peak Voices, or you are unable to make this show, you can also see them perform their usual show with a new repertoire and festive twist at Taddington’s Bramwell Memorial Institute on Sunday 15th December, 2.30pm and at Great Longstone Village Hall on Saturday 21st December, 7.30pm. Another must see event where you can see Peak Voices is at Hathersage Memorial Hall on Saturday 30th November, 7.30pm where they will be performing in a festive spectacular alongside Tideswell Brass Band.
