Led by Chris White (Congas) and Richard McKerron (Djembe), this course is a great way to build some basic skills and confidence playing as part of a percussion group.
We will explore some simple rhythms from rock and pop, West Africa, Cuba and Brazil
At the end, there is the opportunity to join either Chris' fortnightly Cuban Percussion class or Richard's weekly djembe class (3D - Derby Djembe Drummers). Or even both!
No pressure to join the regular groups afterwards, enjoy the course as a taster if you prefer.
