Derby College Celebrates Students’ Success

More than 450 A Level students at Derby College Group (DCG) are receiving their results by email this morning (Tuesday August 10).

Whilst students are asked to celebrate their results at home with their family and friends, staff are on hand in person at the Joseph Wright Centre to support any students who need help with issues such as clearing and appeals.

St John Street Gallery - The cat is out the bag!

After the team at St John Street Gallery have managed to survive the past year, they had to reconsider their business goals and the way forward. And so, they are turning over a new leaf: a new name, new logo, a new colour theme and sign outside!

St John Street Gallery's new website and social media pages will be up and running soon.

Straight Curves: Summer in the loop

Why not get together with some friends and book on to one of Straight Curves weekend workshops or come along solo and make some new friends!

Straight Curves' 16 week CAL is now completed and the team are offering a printed A4 or A5 pattern booklet and wool as a kit available to order and collect now.

The kits still include support via social media and email but it is not a taught course. Please specify A5 or A5 booklet when ordering.

Hubbub are really pleased to announce that they have made a full return to in person activity at their base in Deda!

'History of the Barn' Dronfield Hall Barn Tour Guide | Beginning Tuesday 3rd August

Remember when the Barn looked like this? Beginning on Tuesday 3rd August, and taking place on every Wednesday that month (10th, 17th, 24th) from 1pm-1:45pm, you can join us for a tour of the Barn and learn about the characters and people from the building's 600 years of history.

Tickets are priced at £2 for members, and £4 for non-members, and can be purchased from our website, or just turn up on the day.
