Come face to face with the Devil in the Guildhall Theatre

This November Derby Shakespeare Theatre Company invite you to come face to face with the Devil and steal a glimpse into the jaws of Hell as they present The Tragical History of the Life and Death of Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe.

Buxton Fringe has released the results of its latest audience survey showing that 92% of respondents gave an approval rate of 4 or 5 out of 5.

The overall satisfaction was reflected at the box office with Underground Venues enjoying a 16% increase on ticket sales on 2017. Managed venues The Rotunda and The Green Man also reported healthy ticket sales and the estimated average per performance audience figure for ticketed events across the whole Fringe was 26.

Derby Theatre is excited to start rehearsals next week for their big, family-friendly, festive production for 2018/19, Hansel & Gretel adapted by Mike Kenny, a mouth-watering, magical show with lashings of live music performed by a marvellous band of actor-musicians, on from Friday 30 November until Saturday 5 January.

Collide in Stunning New Show ‘Sigma’

Gandini Juggling and Seeta Patel present their incredible new show at Déda on Thursday 29 November at 7.30pm. The work explores the creative interface between juggling, geometry and classical Indian dance in a stunning new production.
