This May, Haddon Hall will host its wonderful Mercatum spring market in its magnificent organic private parkland, with over 50 artisans taking part in the now-renowned event, from May 21st-23rd.
Over the centuries, craftsmanship has always had an integral role at Haddon, and in recent years Mercatum has become a firm favourite on the events calendar, with some of the finest artisans and makers in the country showcasing their creations.
Open from 9.30am-5pm, Mercatum will adhere to health and safety guidelines, with over 50 artisans displaying their wares in socially distanced gazebos dotted amidst the wild grasses, selling a curated selection of jewellery, food and drink, art, ceramics and much more.
A family friendly event, there will be a spacious area for people to sit and eat the fantastic takeaway food they’ve bought from the market’s street food artisans.
Tickets are £6.00 for adults, with free entry for children from 0-15 years old. There are two sessions visitors can choose from – a morning ticket runs from 9.30am-1pm and the afternoon session runs from 1.30pm-5.00pm.
Tickets for the car park are £3.50. All entrance tickets and car parking must be pre-booked online.
