MEMBER: Hydrangea Derby

Hydrangea Derby (part of The Friends of Darley Open Spaces (FoDOS)) is a voluntary group that looks after and develops the largest National Hydrangea Collection in UK. The collection is based in and just outside the heritage walled garden in Darley Park, Derby. It is owned by Derby City Council but is maintained by volunteers in partnership with the Council. We came together in 2010 and have held an Open Day with conducted tours each year since in late July or early August. The walled garden is open from mid July to mid October depending on weather conditions. Entry is free but we do ask for donations for the conducted tours.
