Muzik and More is not just your average music shop. Selling a range of instruments, sheet music and musicians accessories, alongside music related gifts and greetings cards, band merchandise and rock clothing. There is something for every music lover in this Buxton store. Opened on the 28th October 2009 owner Zoe Keeling wanted her shop to have a unique range of stock for musicians and non musicians alike and Zoe’s enthusiasm for Buxton and its music scene helped her to win the Local Business Accelerators competition in 2011.

Another thing Muzik and More has always had a hand in is music events. From local performers to internationally renowned musicians, the shops small window has acted as a stage for a wide range of musical talent. The annual Ukulele Day is a hugely popular event that has now outgrown the shop and moved into local venues, last year taking over the Green Man Gallery. The event features ukulele workshops from legend Phil Doleman and performances from uke players from all over the county and afar. Drawing in visitors not just from Buxton and the surrounding areas but from as far as London and Cornwall!
