Taddington Well Dressing and Flower Festival takes place each August in St. Michael's church and grounds on Main Road, Taddington. It is a week long event in which three well dressings are displayed (including one at Blackwell). The flower festival takes place in the church and there are a variety of stalls and refreshments available in the church grounds.

The 2015 Well Dressing and Flower Festival takes place from Saturday 22nd to Saturday 29th August.
