We're bringing Chesterfield Networking online to help us keep connecting, collaborating and supporting each other at a time when change is on our doorstep.  

We have moved our monthly Chesterfield Networking from the University of Derby's St Helena campus to the online space. 

We'll be hosted by FSB member, Nigel Hudson, founder of Stratagia and joined by Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, Nicole Huthwaite. 

Nicole will highlight the three main stressors facing the self-employed and the many ways our mental stability easily becomes instability including ignoring those all-important red flags.

She will also let you know the one thing you can do to stop being overwhelmed, rescue solutions on the go and give you hints and tips to get you started including 5 questions to ask yourself to perform your own wellbeing check.

And to round off, Nicole will give us her top tips for dealing with core issues we face including resilience, handling conflict, assertiveness, confidence and relaxation.

Bev Crighton, Business Engagement Lead for University of Derby will also update us on the business support currently available for Derbyshire businesses from the university.

Attendees will each be given 30 seconds to introduce their business in a supportive, unpressured environment.

FSB representatives will also be on hand to talk to you about making the most of your FSB membership.
