DRONFIELD HALL BARN - UPCOMING EVENTS

Armistice: A Concert of

Remembrance
With The Highcliffe Brass Quintet and Trevor Wyn Pritchard

Make sure you join us on Tuesday 6th November (7:30pm) at the Barn as we mark the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War with this special concert. It will feature diary entries written by a Dronfield girl who lived through the war and chronicled what happened both at home and abroad. Local musician Trevor Wyn Pritchard will also perform original songs including the first performance of “Perfect Peace” written specifically to mark the anniversary. The performance coincides with an exhibition which will chart the story of Dronfield and its people during the four year period of turmoil.
The concert will take place in the gallery at the Barn where you will be able to view the new exhibition, 'The Great War: Dronfield's Untold Stories'

£10 (£8 for Friends) - book online, at our cafe, or by phoning 01246 418122

Finally, Chris Turk is a woodturner who also lives in Dronfield. See what you can expect with the images below, and be sure to come along and support the artists!
