NEW ART GROUP FOR DERBYSHIRE

Derbyshire Regional SAA – Purple and Grey Art Group Purple and Grey have teamed up with The Society of All Artists to create a regional art group in Derbyshire, the group will meet on selected Wednesdays mornings throughout the year at Tansley Village Hall with a program of meets and workshops along with a couple of outdoor painting sessions planned.

‘All artists of any ability are welcome to join us and our aim is to provide you a space and opportunity to create. No need to book just turn up and pay on the day. ‘
• The sessions are two hours long and cost £4.95
• Tea and coffee is available.
• Tables are provided just bring your own materials.
• The first meet will be on February 8th 2017 at 10.30 - 12.30.

Purple and Grey was set up a year ago by two practicing artists Karina Goodman and Ruth Gray to help emerging artists with their business, the business has evolved into three areas #network #learn #create.

#network: Purple and Grey team up with local galleries and art supply outlets to provide the best in artist networking.

#learn: Purple and Grey offer bespoke one to one sessions from their menu for creatives to tailor make their own marketing, social media and business planning needs. They also provide workshops for groups on a private commissioned basis.

#create: New for 2017 the Derbyshire Regional SAA- Purple and Grey Art Group allowing artists a space to create and meet likeminded friends.
