New concept offices open in city

Cubo, a brand new concept in co-working space, has opened its doors in Derby city centre - and welcomed its first cohort of tenants.

Bondholder Staton Young has spent more than £750,000 on the transformation of the grade II listed Old Post Office building in Victoria Street – which it has chosen as the first location for its new serviced office offer because of the city’s growing need for grade A office space, and its dynamic and creative workforce.

Rebecca Brough, managing director at Staton Young, said: “For a while now we have been planning our new Cubo brand and we are delighted to bring this new concept to Derby. We are pleased to be once again investing in Derby, bringing something the region hasn’t seen before."
