New Derbyshire Forum website launched!

New website launched!

We are delighted to launch our new website showcasing you - the members of the Derbyshire Museums and Heritage Forum!

The website address is:

https://www.derbyshiremuseumsandheritageforum.org

Or the abbreviated version will also take you to it:

https://www.dmhf.org

We have tried to create a vibrant website that will show potential visitors to Derbyshire the range of heritage organisations we have to offer and visit, i.e. you! We realise that in the current climate not all sites are open to the public, so we have included a general COVID-19 statement on the 'Heritage Attractions' page advising people to check with individual organisations directly. We hope that the website will also encourage any non-members to join our network, and we will be creating a 'members only' page in due course to post information about upcoming meetings, presentations from training events, etc.

Please now help us to spread the word by linking the website to your own websites, sharing it on social media, etc. The more the website is shared, the more visible links for your own organisation.

We have proof-read the site but, being only human, there may still be errors - so please let us know if you find any spelling mistakes, broken links, etc.

Finally, we are extremely grateful to Doug Swain - a member of the Erewash Canal Preservation & Development Association for creating this website for us, entirely voluntarily, over the last few months.
