NOT WORDS
Do you know the stories of the local women who fought for your vote? The women who used their experience of fighting for workers' rights to help galvanise women across the country? It's time we put them on the map. Come and help us do this as part of NOT WORDS, an HLF funded project which uncovers Derbyshire women and their stories.
Join writer Louise Page and explore the images produced by women before and during the war. Discover how they recorded and responded to the need to document the female experience and how it has survived for posterity.
All the research discovered by you will be used to develop a new play which will be performed later in the year.
