Peak Voices Summer Tour

Singing group, Peak Voices, this year launched their first local spring tour, ‘One Song More! A night at the musicals’. Following sell out shows and rave reviews, they intend to impress again with their summer tour which starts in June.  The audience can expect to be treated to an evening of songs from popular West End shows including Blood Brothers, The Greatest Showman, Chicago, West Side Story, Les Misérables and many more.

The group, originally made up of Chris Blackshaw, Andrew Edwards, Gemma Flitter, Liz McKenzie and their accompanist Wendy Byrne, recently got together to share their love of singing with a wider audience in small villages.  They are now going into their summer tour with some new additions to the group. The superb Nic Wilson and Lizzy Blades will be joining the tour. Both Nic and Lizzy are well renowned for their roles in Derbyshire Gilbert and Sullivan performances. Extraordinary singers Luke Clayton and Olivia Riseley, who are currently starring in the Buxton Opera House’s performance of Rent, will be joining Peak Voices for their summer tour. Peak Voices will also be joined be the extremely talented accompanists Chris Flint, Tom Atkins and Dennis Tjiok.
