UK Creative Community Fellows - applications now open!

Derby Museums is accepting applications for UK Creative Community Fellows, a brand new online and in-person programme for cultural trailblazers to be part of something bigger, to learn life-changing skills, and to see dreams become reality.

Beginning in October 2020 and running through January 2021, artists, community organisers, administrators and entrepreneurs from around the United Kingdom will explore new tools and frameworks to successfully drive positive change in their communities through arts and culture projects.

Starting with a nine-day incubator-like environment in Yorkshire to build skills in strategy, leadership and design thinking alongside one another, a robust online learning environment will see Fellows collaborate in a community of practice as they learn about community development, finding capital and support, budgeting and more.

Thanks to the generous support of Arts Council England and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch), all programme fees (£10,000 per person) are completely underwritten.

Apply by 28 April and join an extraordinary opportunity to drive transformative change in your community!
