The aim of this course is to equip the candidate with the knowledge, understanding, skills and awareness required to undertake basic air rifle shooting.
This is a one day course which will provide you with a sturdy foundation of knowledge.
Safety, law and technique will be dealt with in a classroom environment and then moving on to the range for the practical aspects which will deal with shooting positions, zeroing and air rifle shooting techniques.
The course will offer the candidate plenty of time on the range using both spring and pre charged air rifles. There is no requirement for you to have your own air rifle, Field Sport UK club rifles are available and pellets will be provided. You may of course bring your own air rifles (non FAC).
