An update from Junction Arts on Coronavirus

In light of the recent Government advice regarding Coronavirus we have taken the decision to postpone our workshops and events until the end of April. We will review the situation regularly and hope that the majority of our delivery can go ahead with revised timetables.

Change is in the air as Lubrizol UK appoints new general manager Alison Fisher

Specialty chemical company Lubrizol UK has announced the appointment of Alison Fisher as general manager of its national headquarters in Derbyshire.

Alison has taken over the most senior position at the company’s Hazelwood HQ, near Belper, from Simon Griffiths and will fulfil the role alongside her other position as general manager of Europe and Africa sales.

Broomfield Hall Lambing Sunday cancelled - March 29 2020

Due to the Government’s advice being given out regarding COVID-19, Derby College Group has cancelled the Lambing Sunday event due to be held on Sunday March 29 at Broomfield Hall in Morley.

Amber Valley Residents Survey for Arts Project

A consortium of organisations, led by the University of Derby, is seeking to apply to Arts Council England's Creative People and Places fund.  If you live in Amber Valley, please help their research by filling in this survey before 20th March
